What your getting for the price...I give it 5 stars Ok reading the reviews I was truly about to cancel the entire trip... however...due to demands of a work trip...that wasnt an option. Im glad I didnt....dont believe some of the AWFUL reviews about this place...yea its a budget hotel in a tourist town...its noisy sure...wasnt that bad and I'm a light sleeper. The beds are a bit on the firmer side...but for me personally that was better then my too soft memory foam at home...staying on this one...made me notice.. the room we originally got was a 2 bed queen...my husband and I requested to switch to a king, staff quickly accommodated. They were polite and helpful for the handful of interactions I had with any of them. If you want to save money on your trip...stay here.
Very pleasantly surprised by how clean it was based on reviews! The location was PERFECT. Housekeeping did not come at all during the duration of the stay and we definitely needed more towels and wash cloths. We called and ask for more pillows but they were never delivered, and the pillows we did have were tiny. Staff was very unprofessional. But overall upon arrival the room was very clean and we felt comfortable staying with young kids! We couldnt get over how affordable it was and how convenient the location is. We were able to walk to pretty much all the attractions and restaurants we wanted to see! There is no breakfast or coffee but we walked across to Reagons every morning which we really enjoyed!
So the rooms here are very budget friendly, credit debit card only. The photo you see isn't what it looks like though. Kinda like a burger on TV, looks nothing like what you get. But it was a safe place in a prime location near Dollywood.
Don't judge the place on other people's opinions. I booked 2 nights here and only paid 24.99 per night . No it's not the Hilton but my room was very clean , the pool was very clean and the front desk guy was super nice all the staff seem very helpful. The location is great 5 minute walk to the island. Will definitely book this room again.
